TLDR I have a 95 K2500 350 Suburban and a 94 k2500 454 suburban, both are 4l80e's. The 94 tranny (no 4th gear) is bad along with the torque convertor I believe, and the frame of the 95 is bad. Can I straight swap the tranny from the 95 to 94? if so can I swap the T-case, and Torque convertor as well? Same T-case the 240C I believe. I love both, but don't want to spend $2500 on a new tranny let alone all the other shabang. The wife would disown me.

You can retro the 1995 4L80E back to 1994 truck (you wouldn't be able to go in the other direction without adaptation). I'd pop the pan off the 1995 first just to make sure it's clean/no metal or burnt clutch material. I also put a new converter onto the 1995 transmission unless you know the unit was functioning/running/driving without any problems. Also, you may have a factory low stall converter on the 1994 unit and a factory high stall converter on the 1995 unit.

Keep the 1994 unit around so you can rebuild it at your leisure, this way you won't have to pay anywhere near $2500.00.
