Tire size

Hello everyone, just need some help with tire sizing , currently have on : 245/75r16 looking at 255/70r16 , just for winter tires, no lift or anything , would they fit?

A 285/75 will fit without doing anything. IMO, just for a winter tire, get a 235/85. Tall (sorta) and skinny, works great for winter. But the tires you listed are the same size diameter, just the 255 is a touch wider and would fit no problem.

There are tire sizing websites, you enter tire data , it gives you the tire diameter and tread width. You can mix the numbers width and profile and still have the same diameter.
