The problem I can't solve 5.7 vortec

I received the necessary information yesterday
O2 voltage
B1S1 0.7
B1S2 0.1
B2S1 0.7
B2S2 0.6

So are the Bank1 and Bank2 Sensor 1's alternating up and down or are they staying at .7vdc? Both sensor 1's need to be alternating between roughly .1 vdc and .9 vdc. The voltage will climb and drop steadily between those two numbers.

If one or both are staying at .7, they are bad and should be changed out.

I checked more than once and it seems to be fine, thank you.

These values I mentioned continue with momentary decrease and increase, they are not constant. Thank you very much.
