Speaker Size on Crank door Panels

Ive been looking into switching out my stock speakers to aftermarket ones. I have watched many videos of people switching out their old door panel speakers but all of their trucks have power windows and tweeters in the armrests. My truck is a 1996 sierra 1500 SL and has crank windows with no tweeter. In the videos i mentioned above, they all used a 6.5 inch speaker on the lower part of the door panel. I read a thread on here saying to go to crutchfield which I did. Crutchfield says i should have a 6.5 inch speaker in the front but in their removal instructions it shows a powered window panel. I just wanted to ask somebody who knows and or who has already done this before i pull the trigger. Does anyone know what size and depth my model of truck has for door panel speakers?
