Power Lock Actuator Weak

i had bought economy power door actuators cause i honestly expected it to fix my problem either way but

im not sure if i have another problem going on , but the actuators are weak. they slightly move the locks but not enough to lock or unlock

and i greased and cleaned the rods already. same thing.

could it just be the very cheap actuators i bought ?

Check for voltage drop, in and out of actuators and switch. Poor grounds , result in low performance. Things to check, or your solenoids may have reached end of life.
