Please help 3rd brake light/cargo light trouble

I have a 97 Chevy c1500 ext cab. I bought a new led high mount brake light. It works when I push the brakes but the cargo lights aren't working. When I check with a light the bulb barely lights up and when I'm checking it my door lights and lights under my dash come on. I've replaced all my fuses in the engine compartment and in the fuse panel when you open driver side door. Wondering if it might be a relay or if there is damage to that wire along the way. I'm no electrician so all help is greatly appreciated. Here are pics when I'm testing the cargo light and brake light.

I seem to remember reading of similar issues on Amazon for some of those Chinese LED lights.

Nevermind I'm an idiot. I was thinking the cargo lights came on in reverse and also thought they were controlled with roll up dial. Found the cargo light switch and they work perfectly. Delete post thanks
