I'm Awesome
94' GMC Yukon 4x4.
Just took off my oil filter adapter, the part that has the oil cooler lines and the 90 degree mount for the oil filter. Went to get a new gasket kit for it, and all I can find is the Dorman Help brand kit. The o ring is round instead of flat, and the gasket is a "paper" type, whereas the original one on it was clear plastic, very thin like cellophane. There is a delco brand availible online that appears to have a flat oring, but the gasket is different. None of them have the wierd clear plastic gasket like the original, and only the Dorman kit says its for my truck.
Anyone used this? Its quite different than the original.
