Is this 6th leaf a lift spring?

Hey fellas,
About to stick some 2.5 inch lift blocks under my dually and saw this 6th leaf. Just wondering if removing it will throw my measurements off for the lift I'm expecting to get outta my blocks.
(Im talking about the bottom thicker spring)

That puppy is over an inch thick (1 1/8"?) so, yes, it will affect lift measurements. And hauling/towing measurements also.

It's part of the leaf package. The spring arch will be gone. The weight capacity will be less. 2 1/2 block , minus the 1 1/8 removed equals corrected lift of 1 3/8. You did that same math right.
