Probably a bad IAC or idle air control, it's the large cylinder shaped item right behind the TPS, you can unscrew it and look at the pintle on the end, and see if it has a worn spot in it, also spray some carb cleaner in the passage where it screws in it's probably full of carbon, I would suggest swapping it out for another and trying it, I keep 3 or 4 of them in my tool box, just in case someone needs one, also if you have access to a obd1 live data scanner I would check and see what rpm the computer is requesting from the engine and make sure you don't have any problem's there. I hope it's an easy fix.
