What can I say, incompetence is rampant in both parties.
A lot of these things happen because the infrastructure is old, worn out, and in desperate need of upgrade. But nobody wants to pay for fixing it....
I can agree with that. The recent 1.2 TRILLION Dollar Infrastructure Bill has and won’t change anything. They built 8 electric charging stations with that money and lined a lot of pockets.
Oh, and today we gave Ukraine another 8 BILLION. :suicide:

We are currently trying to get the crew cab properly registered and get the Classic Truck plates for it.
We have what is called a Z tag here. If the vehicle is 8 years or older, you can pay a couple bucks extra ($25) for the permanent Z tag, and your good to go as long as you own it. So when I registered the 89 the a few weeks ago it cost me $125 plus $15 to change title. Everything I have is Z tagged. See the black tag on the plate in attached.

the only things you can get a determinant plate for here in NM are boat trailers trailers/haulers and campers but we have no safety inspections and only one or 2 counties here do emissions tests every thing else you either get one or two year registration
