Fuse Panel Repair

I was trying to diagnose my lack of cluster lights in my 97 K1500 when I noticed one of the connections for fuse 14 was missing from the fuse block. If anyone has an idea of how to repair this, please let me know. I'm getting tired of trying to guess my speed at night.

Update: After some digging around behind the headlight switch and IP fuse box, the grey wire that supplies the illumination circuit in the cluster was burned away from the back of the IP fuse box. My guess is that the previous owner messed up some wiring and caused a small electrical fire. No other wires were severely damaged. So I'm hoping to splice a new wire in at the connecter for the cluster and run that to the IP fuse box.
