Alternator wiring

Hey, what’s up guys so I have a buddy with a 91 suburban TBI 5.7 and he recently got work done to the alternator but the wiring was all messed up so we got a new plug for it and I’ve been looking at wiring diagrams, but the wires coming out of the harness don’t make sense to me also, one of the plugs on the alternator was just cut so could anyone help with a actual diagram like what goes? Where also is the brown wire supposed to be Ke on power? By the way, the truck is still not charging even after the hack job.
