96 k1500 carb swap trans not shifting!!

97 k 1500 5.7 carb swapped. Trans won't shift feels like it's stuck in 3rd or something. Very lame on acceleration n it doesn't shift. I have the tps kit wired, brand new VSS, what else am I missing for this to shift?

Rpm and tps I thought were the 2 you needed, I didn't want to mess with the tps sensor on mine and did a stand alone ebay harness. Its a semi auto, I have to select what gear I want it in
