I should add Which one you have.. If you had to cut out the original or just a bolt over

Mines a cut out, I would never buy a bolt over personally

Ok that is what I was thinking anyway... How difficult was it to get a good smooth cut to remove the original

Not too hard really. I used a pair of tin snips for the rough cuts then hit em with a grinding wheel before I repainted my grill
