88 C15000 RCSB - I was tucking wires around my convenience center under the dash and somehow pulled the PINK wire that I have circled out of its crimped spot. I found that its like... Splice 70, but I cant find the actual splice itself and am nervous about tapping into the wrong set of pink wires as I have found a few of them under the steering column while I was installing my remote start. These "should" be going to the same splice I would imagine right?

I believe its for power locks so they have constant power?

Does anyone have a picture of where its supposed to be tied in to the harness at?

just looked at mine (88 gmc 1500) and my pink (x'd) wire goes straight up along insulation and heads over towards front speaker area. seems a black wire tracked with the pink wire. i stuck a camera scope up there and could get much further. nothing visible under that insulation cutout either.

His picture is actually mine, from my '94 C2500LD. The extra added yellow wire with the crimp connector in the "BLU" terminal (key "on" power) is power to my transmission temperature gauge..

**** ok this makes so much more sense! I got caught borrowing a pic :p sorry about that, I had saved it as a guide and forgot who the OP was :) So it hooks into the door lock harness then right?

but yeah either way I have a solid pink wire that was connected to the convenience center and came unsoldered or uncrimped and is just chilling now :( It fell out of the convenience center at the same time too lol.
