Ok so it will have to go to a shop or I buy a scan tool to gauge the timing

Taken the distributor out did check the gear looks fine

I replaced cap and rotor and this code popped up I have since replaced both cam and crank sensors and made sure it was time and not 180* out I cannot drive it since it backfires and the miss does not go away at any speed or rpm’s What should I check next
