    I pulled the IAC and removed the pintel to clean the carbon buildup from it and the spring. It didn’t seem excessive. Cleaned out the throttle body port as well. Reinstalled and did the IAC reset procedure in the PDF. I’m not going to adjust the minimum idle screw, just not in my comfort zone...

    It's the EG10099, purchased from NAPA. They even picture it on their website with the pinhole fitting, but it's definitely not the same one they sold me. Since the original valve had a bad diaphragm, I cut the fitting off it and put it in the vacuum line temporarily and the engine hesitation...
