Turn signals dead, emergency flashers goofy. Is it the multi function switch?
You probably have a tilt wheel. Move it up and down while you’re using the brake lights and the turn signals. Sometimes after the tilt wheel is moved up and down a lot over the years it will break a wire in that harness running to the multi function switch. All the lights you’re talking about...- RodneyAir
