    Drunkcanuks build...... finally!!!

Doh....I just triggered a thought I had ....was gonna set my work light on the floorboard, shut the garage lights off and see if I could see any light on the engine side. Oh well.....messy water when it's time I guess! Lol

    Drunkcanuks build...... finally!!!

Lol....she's quite the little artist actually. But we had a refresher chat. Plans are for when I rip the interior and carpet out for doing the stereo, I'm going to dump some water and see if it's still an issue.

    Drunkcanuks build...... finally!!!

Nothing too exciting today. Forever ago the passenger carpet would get damp after rain and carwash. You all know where this is going! Lol Decided that I wanted to take the whole cowl off as I seen a post here where the cover underneath was all screwed up and leaking as well. So no biggie right...

    Dad's '98 Resto

Truck is coming together nicely. But my .02c from a Internet stranger, stay away from the 20" wheels, they just don't suit these trucks. A 17" with chubby tires looks "right". But it's your truck, not ours.

    My 1991 RCLB C1500 Silverado

I believe those are what they call RPO wheels, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm not correct. And ya....the same mirrors in the pic. Just look sleeker, or the 454SS sport style ones, but they are tiny!!! Lol I just put a set on, look good, but a step above useless. Glad I was used to small...

    My '95 RCLB C1500

If it was me....I'd try and get the hidden areas done as good as possible, using it as practice for the areas that will be scene. Practice makes perfect.

Interesting.... wasn't aware this was possible with these rigs.

    My 1991 RCLB C1500 Silverado

Great price for a really good looking truck. Maybe update the wheels and tires? Change the mirrors out for 94+ ones? Roll pan? How are the mechanicals and brakes? Tune up parts? Fluid changes? Fan belt? Rubber parts like rad hoses? Big boomin subwoofer set up? Nice grumbly exhaust? 572cui crate...

    Identify this drop?

Definitely look like factory shackles. And same leaf pack as mine. So I'd say rear is 6", not 7". But I could be wrong. Either way....it's a wicked looking stance!

    Identify this drop?

Mine with a 4/6 Belltech kit measures 29 5/8" in the front, and 28 5/8" in the rear. Measured from the ground to the fender lip, with stock diameter tires. But has less than 100km since the drop, so hopefully it settles more. Looking at pics of mine, I would be inclined to say you are...

Can anyone help me identify this truck?

There was a pic of a white reg cab square body dually originally, but also had the plate visible. Maybe the OP deleted it.

    Speed limiter on '91 454 SS ?

I would bet on yes, and it would be whatever the stock tire speed rating was. BUT ....I could be mistaken.

The GMC Sierra ST's and GT's were pretty low numbers I'm sure. The limited years, colors, fleet and stepside beds, 2wd and 4x4, the individual build numbers would be pretty low for a particular combination I'd figure.

Would be neat to see, but my question would be who is the "Marc Worman" of the GMT 400 world??? I like seeing these trucks as original as the day they rolled off the lot, but I LOVE seeing what can and has been done to customize them to whatever suits the needs, wants and desire of whoever owns...
