    I have used the rattle can primer for small repairs and the sealer also and as of yet I have had no issues that were the paint and primers fault.

    I had a 94 that did that. I pulled all the fuses cleaned up all the contacts and such fixed 97.58284% of my problem

    Not that my opinion make a difference but I agree with everything @NickTransmissions said the 97 up 4L80e will do all your wanting the tranny to do. Hell it's just an over grown TH400 with some modern ass ons

    Global transmission parts, Oregon performance transmission, and transtar transmission. I've done business with all 3 with out any problems. They should have what you want.

    454/ 4L80 install question

    Kind of need to know if it's two or four wheel drive or if your planing on dropping it in from the top or sliding it in from the front. 2 wheel drive you get a bit more room to drop it in but all in all sliding in from the front would be easier
