    Mine was aligned April 2022 and still tracks perfectly straight on highway and still zero play in the wheel. I don’t understand why they couldn’t get it closer.

    FWIW, the Walbro is also direct fit, plugs right onto sender with no splicing.

    Is your lower ball joint a bolt in or is it pressed in? Being a 93, I’m guessing a bolt in.

    You still haven’t confirmed what truck you have. When I looked, they had lowers for both. It also didn’t differentiate between 7200 and 8600 for lowers, only for uppers.

    Since you DIDN’T mention, I had to look for both and RockAuto has both upper and lower’s for K2500 and C2500.

    Hooked up battery backwards

    The battery disconnect works flawlessly and eliminates any issues with mixing cables up. Install it once and safely disconnects. No loosening and then re-tightening, which eventually ruins any connection.

    How old is the sender or was that replaced with the pump? The float probably dips when you brake. Or your tank baffle has come loose.

    Yeah I’m obviously nowhere near 435HP. Walbro are known for there reliability and to me gear pumps are just a better design. My previous Delphi pump crapped out in 2 years. Holding them side by side, the Walbro was much heavier, for whatever that’s worth, just seemed a much better built pump...
