How low?

The only problem I had at 4-6 was high centering the frame in the middle under the cab on my ext. cab. In fact the reason I bagged it back in 2002 was because I moved to a new house thats road has a steep exit on the highway and I could not get over it static dropped.

need tie rod solution

I just usually notch the frame for tie rods, and I relocate the wiring when I tub the firewall, usually up and over to the left towards the booster.

Thanks man, I haven't taken any new pics, nobody else has seen it, nobody here is in to this stuff anymore, but I am super happy with the frame, it is solid enough that I can jack the truck up under one of the core support mount on only one side and the whole truck lifts nearly perfectly level...

Fuel Lines-Where to Buy Third Line?

I would use a long piece of new metal brake tubing with the same size od as the vapor return line, and then good quality rubber fuel hose on the ends where it hooks to the tank and the evap. canister.

Anyone boxed their frame?

My truck is bagged and rides really well anyway and did before the frame boxing, I did mine to stop frame flex with 500 hp on tap, and to stop frame flex, which it absolutely did.

Billet wheels for DD ?

Billets are sweet, but I understand wanting the durability of cast, I have cast 22's on my current DD for that very reason.

Billet wheels for DD ?

I have billets on my truck and I had a set of billet specialties SLX 45's on my truck before the set I have now, and they do bend fairly easily, I would suggest a good tire with plenty of sidewall for sure. I do like some billet wheels for sure. I DD mine when the billet specialties were on it...
