    Cam for lq4

I just prefer them to the beehive aftermarket type for LS engines, as i have seen several of them break, they also help stop valve float at high rpm especially when you are not near their limits, I bought the air holder tool that screws in to the spark plug hole and I changed all the srings...

    Cam for lq4

I ran a Texas Speed 224R cam in my LQ4 back when I had a 6.0, 581 lift intake, 581 lift exhaust, 112 LSA and I run the double comp springs that are good to 660 lift, so I am well within the safe zone and comp 7.4 hardened pushrods, this was an awesome cam, nice sound and plenty of low end torque...

I used a flap disc to smooth the edges before the dimple die. I think it was an 80 grit.

    Project crew cab conversion

Here's a pic of my passenger side inner fender, I made this pocket for the cold air intake, I used 16Ga. sheetmetal and steel bar stock on the edge for a nice finished look, and I dimple died some holes for the air intake. The drivers side is next.

I was 4-5 inches from laying out like that, and I also used the Belltech notch's, in the original design from A.R.T. they used the belltech notch.

    Couple 4 link questions

Yes the KP watts will work with the ridetech 4 link, and second how far you lay depends on the size notch's that you have, to lay on a stock size tire, you need an 8 inch notch, that will also lay on 22's. I used to have to have the Ridetech 4 link on my truck and I layed frame, I just relocated...
