    Colorado does have emissions, but they don't seem to give a hoot one way or another about the older vehicles since they can't plug odb2 into it. They just put the exhaust hose.in the I'm engine bay and send you on your way.

    TLDR I have a 95 K2500 350 Suburban and a 94 k2500 454 suburban, both are 4l80e's. The 94 tranny (no 4th gear) is bad along with the torque convertor I believe, and the frame of the 95 is bad.
