p1345 code in a 99 7.4 vortec

I replaced cap and rotor and this code popped up I have since replaced both cam and crank sensors and made sure it was time and not 180* out I cannot drive it since it backfires and the miss does not go away at any speed or rpm’s What should I check next

Did you remove the distributor to replace the cam sensor? How does the distributor gear look? P1345 means your camshaft sensor is not reading in sync with the crankshaft sensor. Only 3 things can cause that. Improperly timed distributor, worn distributor gear or a worn timing chain. Well I guess a damaged crank reluctor wheel or damaged/sheared crankshaft keyway could too but that would be highly unlikely.

I have a OBDLink MXPro that will do it but had to download and pay a few $ for the Torque Pro app PID to read the CMR. The MX Pro links to my Android phone and I can see the whole datastream with my phone.
