I ordered new seat skins for my '90 C-1500 from LMC. Any tips on installing? Also have seat heaters to install. One quick question, does the plastic flange for the headrests come out easily once the headrests have been removed?

Another more specific related question? I wonder if anyone has advice on where I can find 12VDC under dash in accessory that can handle the heated seat pads? Color? location? any help at all?
