Set to high? What high? High what? Fan on high? Or temp setting to hot?
Think specific , not generalized.
Yeah your carpets need cleaning.
The fan's on high yeah, the temp setting is what im adjusting in the video.

the interior is a little overdue for a nice wash lol but i'm not really worried about that right now

There's no sound. Is it a clicking noise ? Does the air temp change? Click , wurrrr noise could be the electric control module for heated , cold air mix flap valve has failed internally. It tries to operate but if it broke internally, nothing happens just sound. Also age has caused many of flap seals to degrade / melt / hard to move or not sealing. Air out of other than selected positions.

Take a look at the blend (heater) door actuator and see if that’s the source. It’s kind of behind the ashtray so pull the glovebox and you should be able to see it.

Your mode damper (floor, panel, defrost) actuator is by the gas pedal and has linkages attached. See what those are doing when the mode is changed.

You could have a couple different issues but it would help to be clearer in your explanation.

You say there's no air flow - do you hear the fan motor running? If no, then the problem could be the switch, the harness to it (burns up at the connector), fan motor, or resistor. If yes, then the problem could be the actuator on the driver end of the box as east302 pictured, or worse, broken doors in the distribution area of the box, that the actuator operates.

The temperature actuator is the one you're hearing, and it's in the middle of the box. It won't be responsible for anything to do preventing airflow; it does operate a door that divides the heater core and evaporator core, affecting the temperature of the air blowing through the system - but the air will blow regardless of what that actuator does, it can only affect the temperature. It's normal for it to make some noise while it operates. If it runs continuously then it's bad or the controls are bad.
