Like Orpedcrow said, those are stock spindles. Someone cut the holy crap out of the front springs to get it that low. The finish on the springs appear that they are aftermarket, almost surely drop springs, that they cut even further.

Those shackles look stock to me, and the riveted hangers of course will be stock, too.

A notch in the back, and a proper drop up front would go a long way to improving the ride. Drop spindles (2") and springs (3") will get you there or very close, but you'll want to choose your spindles carefully as some brands (Belltech) push the wheel position outwards a bit, and it looks like the wheels/tires you have will probably rub.

Front-dont mess with until you get the rear resolved, but whatever you do keep the factory spindles. Use drop control arms and springs

Rear- remove the sway bar, it’s at a funky angle and will bind up. Any universal weld in notch will work, you could even drill your own holes and bolt it in, if you can weld you can take a piece of 8in pipe and cut it in half and make your own notch. You have lift shackles already so that’s a plus. I noticed you need shock extenders also. For time being you could throw on a set of air shocks with shock extenders and it will be fine.

I looked on Belltech's site, for some reason they don't do 4-door 'hoe's.... wonder if there is something goofy going on with them. They do 2-doors and Burbs. Odd.

My brother in law has a 4dr hoe. He did a flip kit with air shocks and no notch. He says it rides good unless he blows a shock.

DJM sells a flip kit for 4dr Tahoe’s and it comes with a C-notch included with the kit I’d contact them first.

I lowered my Limited using DJM 2” drop spindles, and I’m running Viking coilovers w/ 750lb springs and I love how it rides, I still have to lower it 2” inches more out back, I’m going with Belltech drop hanger's.

It's not a 4 door but I have djm control arms and lowering springs stock spindles. Max trac is another brand of spindles that do not push the wheels out if you decide to go with spindles

You can call djm and order just the notch by itself

I was looking at the djm since it's one of the only ones I seen that does a 4dr. Thought about doing the rear first and going from there. I was looking at different spindles since I'm running 22x9 in the front and don't want them to rub or hit anything. The rear I need to roll the fenders to fit the 22x11s. Or I might raise it up some but not sure yet
