Even more awesome in person
Like Orpedcrow said, those are stock spindles. Someone cut the holy crap out of the front springs to get it that low. The finish on the springs appear that they are aftermarket, almost surely drop springs, that they cut even further.
Those shackles look stock to me, and the riveted hangers of course will be stock, too.
A notch in the back, and a proper drop up front would go a long way to improving the ride. Drop spindles (2") and springs (3") will get you there or very close, but you'll want to choose your spindles carefully as some brands (Belltech) push the wheel position outwards a bit, and it looks like the wheels/tires you have will probably rub.
