I've got a 1999 Tahoe 2DR 2WD, I've been wanting to install hydro boost for better braking until I can afford a big brake kit. Looking around the salvage yard I've found the hydro boost brake pedal on all sorts of GM/Chevy Vans so I'm wondering if the brake pedal from any of the vans will work for the 95+ 1500 Hydro boost Brake Pedal?

Another question can high pressure flexible lines with banjo fitting be used in place of the hard lines? I think it would have a cleaner overall look.

Thank You

What brake code on the SPID sticker in the glovebox? Kinda guessing JB6.

Absolutely not. Never use hose when metal or plastic tubing will suffice. And at the pressure a brake hydraulic system works at, you'll be using metal tubing--steel, stainless steel, or NiCopp. Hose is only used where relative motion has to be accounted for--steering or suspension of the wheels, for example.
