To whomever it may help one day, eficonnection.com sells the “flanged” connectors for the under hood fuse box. identical to factory small fuse connectors, these can be used in strips of 3 like the factory wiring, unlike the standard metripack 280 connectors. If anyone knows what connector is used for the big fuses please let me know.

Well I got some work done on it this week. 3rd iteration of sway bar mount is done, this time with a 2017 tahoe bar. C7 Z06 bar just wasn’t working and it was probably on the soft side for my purpose anyway. My steering knuckle is modified with specs previously stated so I have my full 75°. I do have a small amount of bump steer, I need to ream the knuckle a bit further to correct but that’s no issue. I am having some issues on the software side of the ABS module. I do believe it works, I can run the bleed procedure and it does its thing correctly but the program used to look at all the sensor values keeps returning software errors. Likely user error of some sort. Much of the software being in German doesn’t help either.

Well I played around with it some more after work today. I was able to get the program working correctly and can now view all the data and everything is working as it should EXCEPT wheel speed sensors which is rather important… figured they might have been wired backwards so I flipped the polarity on the plug, no change.

Well my wheel speed issue was due to negligence. The sensors have this ring on the face and I assumed this goes towards the magnet on the wheel hub but this is not the case. So they are currently mounted backwards. I will have to make new mounts to fix the issue.

Interesting, the c7 bar I have is 28mm, tahoe bar is 36mm both hollow but not sure on wall thickness for either of them.
The logic I've always heard is so long as the wall thickness is sufficient, diameter matters more than the bar being solid.

I have heard the same. It should also be noted distance from the pivot point to the rotational axis of the bar is a decent bit shorter on this tahoe bar vs a standard gmt400.
