I have been intending to look at this for you. The tune that ran my Tahoe is on my old laptop at my mom's house, 100 miles from where I am at the moment. I used data from the Black Box and a 8.1L GMT400 tune to set the constants and tables up.
The 3500HD front tank was the same tank and sending unit as a regular truck, thus primary tank volume and tables were correct. The output settings have to match the Tahoes fuel level gauge. I robbed those from the Tahoe's stock black box tune.
