Trying to get the a/c to work, inside control switch ok, clutch turns on when jumped, new clutch cycle switch, charged with refrigerant, still not blowing cold, just barely.. condenser dirty maybe?

How do you know?
Tested with an ohmmeter to assure the contacts close?
What kind and how much?
Worth cleaning the condenser and radiator.
Was the system opened-up? What parts were replaced?
