I have a '99 Suburban. I want to put a bench seat up front. What trucks can I source them from? Post facelift Suburbans I imagine are fair game. What about pickups? Single, extended, crew...are they all compatible?
Easiest would be a seat from a crew cab, or a regular cab. The seat styling you have in your '99 began in '95. Many '95-up bench seats are a split style, and the split bench from an extended cab is a little harder to swap into any other cab style due to bracketry differences as an extended cab has a unique floor shape. You can do it, it's just more hassle.

Finding one in good shape can be tricky. Look at crew cab REAR seats as you may find one that doesn't have a bunch of wear. Don't forget to get the seatbelts.

Will 99-06 seats work? Those seem to be more plentiful in my area

Not sure... but there is a guy who makes brackets out there that might have what your looking for. I got 2022 seats in my 88 using his brackets..this where i got mine.. not cheap but i think hes the only one making them..

Long shot but does anyone have a pic or opinion on the LMC glove box doors? Need one since mine is trashed. Dunno if I should just grab one of theirs or try to find a grey OEM and paint it. 88-94.
