power steering pump whine issues
The return side, and the maganafine filter all on the low pressure to pump return. I used the constant tension spring clamps, the higher grip strength, similar to the radiator clamps. Help this plug find its home
Gm didn't give wires a lot of extra length. Where ever it goes it has be within the reach of a circle of it's length. So if it taped to a bundle and has has 5 inches of play it has a home within that 5 inches of reach. Use your eyeballs and a flashlight it will be in that radius of reach. See...- GoToGuy

Lost Acceleration
300K is 300,000. Check your writing before posting . K is kilo = thousands. 25K RPM = 25,000 RPM . Do you have 5.0. or. 5.7, 5.3 is LS engine, or do you have a conversion. Do you tow in 3rd or 4th/ OD ? RFTQ- GoToGuy

What is this fuse for? comes off of the positive terminal and has a wire going to the alternator.
When I installed the 140 amp alternator on my Tahoe, the belt was I inch longer. Any of later models with 140 alternator have that 100 amp fuse installed in the wire to power dist box.- GoToGuy

Should I get a bigger battery?
Add up all the items running at the time of heaviest draw. As in add the amperage of every item. 15 amps for headlights, 10 for stereo, all items operating. That determines how much you need to supply. The battery is storage and surge provider. Not for constant operation. That's the...- GoToGuy

Electric fan for Condenser?
My 86 K3500 dually had a heavy duty tow option. And an extra transmission cooler with it's own fan. Later when going through the B&M catalog I think I know where GM sourced the cooler.- GoToGuy

Tensioner and idler recomendations.
You can always look at the manufacturer website. If you can get here , you should be able to look up your parts on , Gates, Dayco, AC Delco, Imperial, it's not that hard. All the manufacturers have a Web presence, and any service literature, technical notes.- GoToGuy

The 18 mm fit ? and that's the stock radiator? You didn't say what radiator you have? Their are many sources of 18 mm or smaller. 18 mm male X -10, 18 mm x -6, and so on. . The magic adapter that's not produced is 20x1.5 mm, male with a dash 8 male. .- GoToGuy

Headlight flickering
Alternator output measured from alt feed, should be 14 volts plus. Most LED fir 12 volt systems function from 8 volts to 24. Just use a couple test leads and check your bulb. Not run a separate circuit. Check the voltage at headlight connectors.- GoToGuy

It's not a resistance problem as in turn signals hyper flash. I would test on 12 volt circuit to see if they function normally. Some of these chinesuim parts are zero quality control.
