AC is a must here in a home... I wouldn't even look at a truck or car unless it had AC in it working or not (I can fix that). Now heat, that's a different story. :D
I'm on a 4/6 drop with 20x8.5s, with 4.75 back space, using 245/45R20 tires (all 4). I bought the 2" drop spindles with no change to the track width. I decided to roll my front fender lips as they were looking really close to just barely hitting the tires on larger bumps. Everything else clears...

I think I'm going to try the Loctite 545 red first. If that doesn't seal, then it looks like I'm going to have to drill and tap it for 1/2" NPT. I'll let ya'll know how it goes. Getting ready for a trip to Bowling Green, KY for the Buick GS Nationals next week, so...
So, I decided to put a mechanical temperature gauge in my 1991 C1500 with the TBI 5.7. I wanted to keep the stock temperature gauge functional, so I am using the 3/8 NPT port in the passenger side head, that was plugged. I bought the square socket to get it out and it rounded out the square...
Isn't the 99 Suburban/Tahoe the GMT800 body style? I had a 2004 and I always thought the 99 was the same...

I wish I would have read this thread before I went to the treasure yard. The inner fender I got had one on it, so I spent about 30-minutes looking at all the GMT400 trucks to see if any had the driver side one!
My truck did not come with that splash shield in front of the passenger side wheel...
If the panel clips are rotted out, that would be a blessing...
I found a bunch still stuck in trucks at the local treasure yard to replace the ones I bent to hell.
