Furnace time delay relay for AC staging

@1998_K1500_Sub Agreed - the furnace line was a bit of a joke. I will email the company and see if they are able to talk about my use case. I already have a ton of arduinos, logic level MOSFETs, etc to make it myself...but if theirs works, I'd prefer it!

Furnace time delay relay for AC staging

Anyone here know how furnaces are wired? It is truck related I promise. Long story short, I am running 2 AC compressors in my truck and I'd like a delay between the two compressors turning on. I don't want to load down the engine with two compressors switching at once. There's also a...

I am hoping so too. Still, I have several of the control valves to vary the destroke point and also will be wiring in low side safety switches for redundancy. I am glad I added a reciever drier to the rear system in my earlier mods; that will make this conversion much easier! The immediate issue...

GM V7 compressors, I used a 98-02 S10 2.2L as the search vehicle when parts buying. The flat front mounting pads are what are making this doable. There are also threaded holes on the rear of the compressor, which I may tie into to support the cantilevered load as @Schurkey commented on. I...

    Restored '92-94 180KMH / 110 MPH cluster

Yes, I should have mentioned as I was nearly complete with sanding I did some wet sanding at the end to get finer results. The wax fills in little imperfections and adds a small amount of UV protection as well, although the lenses usually do not yellow in my experience. Start with the...

    Restored '92-94 180KMH / 110 MPH cluster

Sure. I removed the lens from the housing and sanded the light blemish areas from 3000-7000 grit. Then I used plastic polish on a rotary polisher to brighten it up and finished with synthetic wax for protection. The instrument panel face plate pulls out of the rear housing. I fully...

Pulled like 5# of copper out that's good scrap money. Luckily it all cleaned out with minimal damage to the factory harness
