I am going to add some L track to the lower siders inside the box. I plan to add a backup plate behind it which will be pretty easy with a stepside. I have used E track before but the L track is a little smaller and will handle the loads I need.

I have used alot of Raptor in truck beds where it belongs. Adding their grit or even silca sand to the last coat makes it look better. I have never liked it on the outside of a truck, even worse of it's tinted. A good way to make a decent truck look redneck.
try it first with peel paint, stand back and look at it you will be surprised. If you don't like it peel it off. Alot smarter than modifying a rim.
I am doing a set of alloys of a different style now and have done many before to hide details.
